He has the opportunity and is using it. Question : How fast can we expect the FLSC to hear this appeal and render a ruling, and what are the chances now, that Gore could get a favorable ruling? You would think he is done as Sauls held a complete trial, heard all the evidence, witnesses and etc, and has obviouslt based his decision on that evidence in accordance with flarida law. Plus, with the USSC looking over the FLSC's shoulder, you would think Gore doesnt have a chance, but I keep remembering this is politics and we have a very partisan Court...arent all, except one FLSC pretty staunch Demo's that changed the law in his favor to begin with ??
