Actually if you read the book The Bell Curve , part of what they conclude is that blacks are genetically less intelligent than whites. I read the book and wrote a report on it in college. The author's have been blasted for their conclusion, needless to say. and taken serious heat for being "racist"..

They were, however, scientists, and used scientific methods to reach their conclusions..

they also concluded that asians are genetically more intelligent than whites FWIW
