Florida Judge Rules in Bush's favor!! No recount necessary as Gore failed to prove the outcome would be changed!!!! Now Gore should concede but he will do the wrong thing and contest it to the Florida Supreme Court. They will confirm the District Court's decision and then Gore will concede (only after democratic leaders withdraw their support). Gore is destined to go down as a crash and burn victim- the longer he delays his concession the faster and deeper the burn. THE ATMOSPHERE OOOOOHHHHHHH THE ATMOSPHERE. THE LONGER HE TAKES THE HIGHER THE DEAD GORE BOUNCE!!! JMHO Bob
