They (FL SC) have given the two sides until tomorrow afternoon to file briefs in regard to the remand from the US SC. I still think they may overturn themselves. At least by how the US SC ruling reads to me, it will be difficult to take out the state constitutional requirement to support their changing of the rules. They must have put it in there for a reason, right?
