Take a look at A.B. Watley (ABWG). eTrade has licensed ABWG's direct level II trading platform and will pay development fees and ongoing royalties to Watley for a customized (private labeled) trading platform. Watley has a market cap of only $85 million and a narrow float. It is speculative, but there is a possibility for eTrade to acquire Watley. Schwab recently acquired Cybercorp for $520 million but Watley would likely get a lot less under these market conditions. If any acquisition or buy-in occurred, Watley's stock price is highly likely to move up.
