Received notice today from the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of California. SilkRoad filed for Chapter 7 on November, 29, 2000. SynComm, Inc. listed as an "other debtor." Meeting of creditors scheduled for 11:00 am on January 3, 2001. Location - Office of the U.S. Trustee, 402 W. Broadway, Suite 630, San Diego, CA 92101. Case number 00-11551-PB. Bankruptcy Trustee is Gerald H. Davis. E-mail - davisatty@aol.com. Phone - (619)437-7067. Attorney for the Debtor - Todd Ringstad (949)851-7450 Looks like this one is winding down. Has anyone had contact with either of these attorneys or the Court?
