I fear not quite. In my opinion, Mr. Gore will not concede yet. In my opinion, he actually knows that he is the president, and he must continue his personal battle to prove that he is right. He will not "change his mind" because he knows he is the president. He will not concede until a group of people whose opinion he trusts insist that he do so, and he will do it only because he is forced to do it. Left on his own, he would never concede. He will spend the rest of his life believing he is the president, and that it was "taken away from him" through no fault of his own. The depth of his compulsion is not yet fully understood by his peers, but it soon will be.
