Gore will not concede. He will let this court issue drag until it is obvious to the less astute Dan Rather heads that this all truly rests in the hands of the Florida legislature which as you may know is heavily populated with conservatives and will ultimately cast these 25 electoral college votes to Bush.

And in an effort to further his cause beyond the state of FL Gore has already mounted an attempt of undermining the FL Legislature via the air waves, Jessie Jackson and company.

This all in an attempt to force a revolt in Florida as an attempt to further intimidate the process in FL in hope that FL Legislature will pull away from this battle and pass the buck to the U.S. House which is also a Republican controlled body. A simple majority vote would rule there as well.

President Bush wins once again but how many elections does he have to win to defeat the already defeated Al Gore.

Maybe some pesticide is in order here.<BG>
