Frank,

Regading the unanimity of the U. S. Supreme Court, as the day progressed I've now heard three different versions by the legal experts on television:

1) It was a unanimous opinion;
2) It was probably a unanimous opinion but there's no way to be certain of that; and
3) There is no way to know if it was a unanimous opinion.

Thank goodness we've got the legal beagles to sort all this out for us. Without them, we'd be clueless.
