Like you said then, Tony does have an excellent track record at finding crap stocks to short and scams to expose, and also in beating same in litigation.
From the time you posted that SEVU is down what, 30-40%? Is that Tony's fault? He only called it a scam today. Perhaps if you want to truly sue someone you might try going after the people that truly to blame for the downfall, SEVU management. Time and again they've put out a PR promising some big sale or deal, only to put out more PR's recanting or restating the previous PR, or they put out a PR touting a huge revenue target, only to miss it, EVERY TIME, but when they miss and announce they miss, they always put out another dopey target that's just as unmakeable. The inability for a year now to ship product, nawww, that couldn't have anything to do with the stock going down, has to be evil shorts. The inability to post a UL or other safety number, naww, don't worry about it, not a problem, and so forth.
Shorts are not to blame for your massive losses, only your greed and willingness to believe in management that at best stretches the truth is the real place to put your blame.

PS, you never did explain why you would need Tony's lawyers name to sue him. That's just one of the dumber things i've read. |
