Seminole Court Case: Jacobs, the Dem lawyer who brought the case, lied on Hardball last week when asked by Chris Matthews if he had had any contact with Gore team. He said emphatically that he had not spoken to anyone connected with Gore and that he was bringing the case on his own.

Seems he was in contact with Gore's lawyers all along...hmmmmm
