I'm changing my bearish stance to neutral today, or bull in waiting. I'm seeing real fear now, amateurs talking about shorting, and more bears then I have seen in sometime. Even some of the biggest of the bulls are worried now. Will we see more downside? There is a good possibility that we will. I wouldn't be surprised to see my worse case 2200 level reached. 2600 happen so fast, it just wouldn't surprise me that more work will be needed to remove the sellers in waiting. That said, in every drop some stocks bottom sooner then others, that's why I'm buying even I feel we could get more selling.

Everyone needs to watch how the economic numbers come out. The best case would be more softening. We need to see more economic slow down so the FED will ease. The FED has the power and it always has. I will be fully bullish once the FED eases, until then I will be buying and adding selectively and shorting here and there as trades.
