Hi Bill,
Well, I am just going along for the ride. The reverse logic of these markets is something to appreciate. The Nas is going down because business and personal capital spending is declining. The Dow is going up because of the same reason since this will lead to a Fed easing. The dollar is going down because the US economy is better than anticipated therefore it is safer to be in other currencies and world demand appears stable.
Yet, stable world demand will support the Nas big caps. etc. etc.
Oh did you notice oil stocks went up today while oil prices went down. I'm still trying to figure that reverse logic.
So as you see, some end to the election will be positive because clear thinking is needed.
Oh well the techs are oversold. Is that also why the Dow is going up?
So Bill whichever way you say we are going. I'll ride along.
And yes, No Recession is what the economists are saying.
