Scumbria, he Florida law: 1. Requires certification 1 week after the election. 2. Allows for absentee ballots, after that date. 3. Allows for hand recounts that can't possibly be done within one week of the election. Volusia county disproved your point, since they finished their count in the 7 days provided by Florida law. Joe
