I gather you feel disdain rather than respect for fund managers and you think of them as undereducated. I hope you're right about them in this case, because I'm in MCDE now and betting against their bailout. Actually, MCDE and some of the other small biotechs in my portfolio looks like they are starting to inch up a bit, so perhaps others are starting to become believers.

BTW, I am not a fund manager, but I would have to confess I feel a bit undereducated around the value of patents. My image of biotech patents is that they seem relatively murky and perhaps difficult to enforce. Maybe I'm wrong about that, but the spectre of heavy litigation costs for small biotech companies around patent claims(e.g. CellPro) seems like it can cut both ways. Which biotech companies do you particularly like for their patent position? Thanks.
