Yeah yeah, a re-count might be fine, so long as it isn't just one man's territory, as Gore consistently asks the system for. I noticed Bernard Shaw made note of the "two-tiered" warning in Judge Sauls ruling. Same thing, same subject, same problem. People will understand this problem in time, and will know they never would have considered Algor legitimate had he won with such a counting.
