I think the best thing the US SC can do now is maintain their high status. Gore's actions have caused mud to be throw on everyone till now. The US SC needs to preserve their stautus.
If the action does not come back up, they have made their point and maintained their apperance of unanimaty. FL SC keeps face by not going fishing agian and risk having their pole taken away from them.

By FL SC not pushing the issue Klock can claim victory for his client. She deserves break.

I think everyone goes into CYA mode here, screw Al.
