One of the hidden agenda in the new economical policy, is the flow of hard currencies into the American economy.

How is that accomplished??

It is a balance of the following items against other countries:
Interest rates which attract foreign investments
Wall street value appreciation(stocks appreciate)
Demand growth of products and services here
Foreign investments in the manufacturing sector here
Any foreign investments here(real estate, etc)

If the above items can not compete with other countries, then we have to adjust the parameters.

Immediate attention has to be on Wall street's overly aggressive pull backs which will scare foreign investments on Wall street away.
