Don, this Nashville radio station that has been attacking Gore (WLAC) years ago, in the 50's and 60's, was the best station on the dial. Its night time broadcast was REAL rhythm and blues; Bobby "Blue" Bland, Howlin' Wolf, B.B King, Robert Johnson ect., artists that "top 40" white radio didn't play. And it had the wattage to be heard all over the south. THe host was "Big John R., The Hossman" who all the listeners assumed to be black but in fact was a big fat white guy. Now its "talk radio" and still up to its old tricks in that its pretending to be something that it is not ie. a "local station", in fact its is another CLEAR CHANNEL (CCU) Rupert Murdoch outlet, just as the heavyy attack on Gore would suggest. I know you republicans are happy with all this now, but what if some day Murcoch/News Corp/Clear Channel decides that they don't like some politican YOU like. I guess they will just move in to your area and mount a media assault and convince the boobery to vote for their man, and you will just have to accept the result. WSR
