Phil,
In one word No. We all fully realize the potential EGRP has for growth, the incredible growth it has achieved, its moves to diversify, and the company it could be in the future. BUT the complete and utter failure of management to generate shareholder value is and will continue to be inexcusable. That is the only IMPORTANT factor that shareholders should consider. They can build and grow and build and grow 100 times over, BUT IF they don't translate that into shareholder value then they have failed miserably in their ultimate goal as a public company.
Further throw in the arrogance of the 5 items on the shareholder proxy. ALL request or deal with ways to give management more money, more pay, more options. Incredible bad timing for this after MY stock has lost 75% of its value under their guidance. THEY want to be compensated more? FOR WHAT!!!!!!!!! They failed, FAILED, absolutley FAILED in the underlying reason to be in business, with public shareholders.
Throw in the fact that everything on the proxy was also the exact opposite of several shareholder submitted items for proxy vote. ALL of these were denied, for various technical reasons. ALL that was asked was that they align their compensation with the compensation of the shareholder. BUT we now see they have other ideas. Pay us no matter what type ideas.
In sum, Management will regain my support when and if they return my shareholder value and then learn to maintain that value. Until then they are Bozo's. And all the numbers that matter to shareholder support my opinion.
All statements above are in my opinion only. |
