Scumbria, A recount is analagous to an instant replay. Instant? It is a month after the election, 3 weeks after the results have been certified (1 week after the certification based on the Florida Mickey Mouse Court deadline). When was the last time they changed the results of a game a month after the game was played based on a questionable call by the referee? Joe
