You have summarized my sentiments, EXACTLY !! Personally, I try to avoid name-calling, I feel the Bozo is arrogant, has turned off and away potential acquirers, has failed to address "shareholder value concerns", has been rewarded handsomely for mediocre performance, has diluted my EGRP holdings and share value and he has failed to invest in the very company that we own, at the very minimum after dilution, to purchase sufficient shares to preserve his fraction of the company. What does that say to investors ?
