Joe Clark is nothing more than a career politician waiting for a golden pension....and a totally irrational self-serving SOB at that. Ontario voters will always vote against the popular sentiment of the west for no other reason than giving the party they elect the power to financially rape the west for every tax dollar they can steal. The liberals know it and it paid off for them.
