Well, let's not forget Voisey's Bay. It may contain 100,000 tonnes or more of cobalt which will be very long life and low cost and could provide the supply shortfall you are suggesting resulting from the political instability. I wonder if Inco would rather have the deposit in Nfld or Africa or Russia? Perhaps the moon?

I saw a short film clip on some Innu children sniffing gas (in the area of the deposit). Why would the government hold up the development if the development would actually help the locals with respect to the needed change in their economy? Other interests? Like what?
