Yeah, well I'm finding some of it interesting. I usually do find something that pops a light bulb.

Maybe tonight I'll flesh more of it into something cogent. At least in my head anyway. The pages after 49 go into Minor Trends and the like.

Reasons why people like me who try to trade Minor Trends are doomed. Now I do not trade Minor Trends in the sense that he is talking about but I know the method and people who try it. I'm trying to root out the essence of the rationale.

But in general the book does not appear to be a waste of my time yet. A little hard to get through but I'll know by the middle if it's worth it to me or not. I have a lot of books on the shelf with bookmarks halfway through.

For example, McMillan's Options as a Strategic Investment which I purchased in 1993 I think; referred to that the other day and found a dollar bill where I left off 7 years ago.
