patricia...i spoke directly with craig hall and dr. tony...just the 3 of us standing together at the open house on saturday. they said that they are not planning on using a reverse split. they said only if it is required that they will use it. by that i think they were refering to the sec or governing body. that question was also asked at q&a after the presentation with the same answer...they are not now planning on it. only if it is required. i was satisfied with their answer. all employees are paid with shares as well as a small salary. a reverse split would effect their shares as well...hope this helps... good fortune... pops
