Is Klic currently positioned for a short squeeze?

From Yahoo:

Klic short sales have been at record levels over the past two months. The 'days-to-cover' ratio in November was 3X normal. It would be safe to assume part of the logic behind short selling was a continued tight money policy by the fed.

This premise appears to have been removed.

While one should never invest based on a single criteria, I would think a lot of short sellers just became a lot more nervous. In short, and IMO, the chances of a tremendous amount of short covering in a very short time frame just increased dramatically.

The extremely high days-to-cover ratio significantly increases the likelihood of an upcoming short squeeze.

Predictions of short squeezes are always, of course, a big FWIW.
