The formation I am watching has a ABCD pattern in it (ABCD looks like a lightning bolt) At 68.40 CD was exact same point move as AB. The variation which leaves this pattern valid is for CD to equal 1.272 or 1.618 of AB. A move to 72.50 would be a 1.618 CD of AB.

That said...

I started buying QQQ options when my downside target of 2612 (nas 100 cash) was met. I have been building the position on weakness. Today's exit was to lock in substantial profits as the rest of the move up is not going to be "as easy"

I do think we will see 2612 yet again after this move up. On an end of day basis I am looking for 2989 target initially (again nas 100 cash)... I just don't think the move up from here to there will be as direct as today's action.
