12:18 ET Audiocodes (AUDC) 12 -5 5/16 (-30.7%): One of the few tech stocks failing to participate in rally. The weakness is associated with earnings warning issued by Natural Microsystems (NMSS 8 9/16 -10 3/16). According to UBS Warburg, AUDC supplies VoIP boards and chips to similar customers as NMSS. Firm using this opportunity to trim EPS outlook to $0.17 from $0.18 and revenue forecast to $21.3 mln from $22.4 mln.
