ratan, Didnt realize there was impeachment for judges. Dont think so. For SC, I think impeachment is the only way to get rid of a judge. There is peer review. But the above are not grounds for terminating their service. And US SC (I think) does not have any authority over them. I don't see any way for US SC to do anything about runaway state Supreme Court. It has to be corrected within the state, most likely by the impeachment by local legislature. Joe
