All, this is a snippet from the latest document showing the numbers of shares the Officers/Insiders were holding....for comparison purposes when we learn that a certain Insider sold a certain number of shares
The following table contains certain information regarding beneficial ownership of the Company's Common Stock as of November 1, 1996 by (i) each person known by the Company to own beneficially more than 5% of the Company's Common Stock, (ii) each of the Company's current directors, (iii) the Chief Executive Officer and each of the Company's five other most highly compensated executive officers (the six officers shall be referred to as the "Named Executive Officers"), and (iv) all directors and executive officers as a group.
Mr. Bagley is included as an executive officer of the Company even though he was not an executive officer at the end of the fiscal year because his level of compensation for the fiscal year placed him among the top five highest paid executive officers of the Company for such year.
