Old worry stuff resolved
1. No warning is in order based on MC statements.
2. CPQ Board authorizes a $1 billion stock back program reinforcing faith in 4 Q earnings.
3. Supreme Court ruling favorable to ending election squabbles
4. Florida District Court ruling favorable to ending election soon.
5. Greenspan speech recognizes economic slow down.

New worry stuff
1. Florida Supreme Court to hear District Court appeal Thursday creating another election result delay.
2. INTC could warn.

The election needs to be over. The winner doesn't really matter to WS, but knowing the winner does matter.

Greenspan speech is the big factor at this point.

INTC warning would hit the whole tech sector. However, CPQ uses more then just INTC chips. INTC could be having problems and CPQ could be doing fine.

Bottom line, I don't see a great deal to worry about at this point.
