Hightechhooper,

<<Since Greenspan has taken the uncertainty out of the macro-economic background I think just one key question remains:

1) How bad will Q1 be in terms of sequential revenue decline?>>

Of course this is very important. However, I'm a bit worried about the possible negative impact to Intel's gross margins due to their AGRESSIVE ramp of P4. They've pulled in their schedule by at least nine months for the P4/P3 crossover date. Until Intel can ramp high volumes of P4 on .13um we may not be too happy with INTC's gross margins.

Do you have any input on this?(Paul/Tony or anyone else please feel free to comment...I want to try to get a better handle on this issue)

Doug
