Speaking of the liberalness of MSNBC, how do they say

"the Florida Supreme Court on Tuesday agreed to hear his appeal of a lower court's ruling that preserved George W. Bush's victory"

and then say

"The announcement does not mean the court has accepted the case"

You can justify those two statements via Clinton-speak, but the 1st line indicates they will take the appeal. They will not, in my opinion. The 2nd statement is accurate.
