Almoldovar is a trip. I think he did "Tie Me Up Tie Me Down", which was my first exposure to Bandaras. Quirky films and I think IFC had a mini-festival last month. Big Allen fan. "Sweet and Lowdown", is just tops. What great acting by Penn. We will talk about Allen some other time. His film making is entering a fifth "stage", and all have been very interesting to follow, but IMO are getting better. "Hanna and Her Sisters" is another favorite for some personal reasons. I connected with that film. "Wild Man Blues" is on my list, which seems to be getting longer after I met you -vbg- If you like Penn check out a somewhat flawed film called "Hurly Burly". I am a big fan of Kevin Spacey and he and Penn together would be interesting to watch in an empty room. "Malkovitch" is just way out there and great. I understand the director got his start in music videos. There is one good thing to come out of MTV. One. HAGO and talk to you soon. Now I need to find some time. I know I left some around somewhere, I just need to remember where that was. TH
