usatoday.com Harry Jacobs argues that 4,700 voters had their ballots altered* by Republican officials prior to being mailed out.* I think most people know that it was applications, not ballots. Is this just careless reporting by USA Today or a deliberate misstatement of the truth? It's bad enough when the pols spin BS, but when supposedly objective media sources put out lies like this, in no wonder that they're held in such disrespect.
