Talk about unprepared! This is what I am guessing happened. The Ahmunn twit, called up BECAUSE HE WANTED THE PUBLICITY FOR HIS COMPANY TO SELL MORE VOTING machines. The attorney who was supposed to prepare him, was totally @#$#$%$.
Then, it looks like Ahmann in an attempt to shoot the shit with anyone he can find, TELLS the Dem counsel about his other inventions. That's how they found the other patent applications. Then, to protect his own liability, he has to say that you must always do a manual count. Then the attorney who presented him didn't even know enough to rehabilitate him by pointing out what he really meant to say was that 1 or 2 bad votes in a 100000 was the machine margin of error.
Then when the Judge says, YOU MEAN THE MACHINE WONT COUNT THE BALLOT IF THERE IS NO LIGHT, (and the Judge had this look on his face like he had found the end!) the dork, instead of saying, that's how the machine works, your honor, and the amount of light is less than can be detected by the human eye upon casual inspection, the DORK says, well, it depends on what you mean by light!!!!, your honor.
