I could comment but I would violate the fine principles you have set forth. <g>

I didn't read the whole thing, but what Boies did was present an affidavit thought to be truthful at the time which later was recanted? Is that right? And then he didn't tell the court it had been recanted? But the court also didn't cite it in its ruling?

I've seen worse..... that's slap on the wrist material in the normal case. But this isn't a normal case.
