I haven't any links, but I believe that this is, in fact, what is generally done in cases of proven fraud. If practice were to accept known fraudulent votes if some legitimate voters would otherwise be disenfranchised, it would tend to encourage fraud. And there is now little doubt that substantial fraud was committed in Seminole county.

Wait to see what happens in court tomorrow. I agree that things are (unfortunately) looking better for Bush.
