Places added: Bahamas British Virgin Islands French Guiana Neth Antilles Paraguay Puerto Rico Other good news is that Turkey moves from "by June 30 to "by January 1, 2001. Bad news includes: none of the several European countries said in the previous edition of this map to be in service by 12/31 have actually turned green. In fact, several have been moved out to "by June 30, 2001" as have Tunisia and Algeria and (southern) Greenland. there is no indication of when the rest of China and the mid-East will come on line
