I am getting to feel that the more roundtrips the Nasdaq makes from sub-3000 to 3000, the =permanent= unlikely hood that realistic valuations will ever regain.

That is a seductive thought, but look back in history. Right before the 1929 crash, Fischer said stocks had reached a "permanently high plateau". Famous last words.
