Another thing is the time problem. Everyone was saying it was imperative to get the handcount started a few days ago and now there won't even be a hearing until Thursday. If they were going to give him a prayer of a chance they would have ordered the handcount to proceed, pending the outcome of the appeal. Stick a fork in it. This one's done. EP
