Malone is limited in the amount of the company he can own - 26%. He has already agreed to provide ACTV $100 million dollars by buying shares in separate tranches, two of which have already occurred. There are two more tranches to go - one in March of 2001 and one in March 2004. The deal this coming March should provide ACTV with an additional $30 million. Malone has already demonstrated his confidence in the company by buying shares in the open market during this past summer in the $14-15 range.
