Dan, <if you had a magic wand and could replace Intel roadmap with AMD roadmap, would you do it?> No way! Intel's roadmap, in my (biased) opinion, is a heck-of-a-lot stronger than AMD's. The only two strong points in AMD's roadmap are dual-core processors and LDT. Everything else on AMD's roadmap isn't much of a concern to me. (I think you already know about my low opinion of x86-64.) Tenchusatsu
