Gary, You have it pretty well figured IMO. However you can't forget the possible dilution looming on the horizon, in a coupla years I believe (look back at some of Z-man's posts for more info.). Also, you must keep in mind the huge amount of debt that this company has, especially as compared to its cash flow. Not sure how much of their production is oil vs. gas, but they could be in for some rough sledding with oil prices tanking as they are now. That being said, I'd still buy some stock once they were ready to drill in Costa Rica. That could be the company maker here.
