Mr. Stocks, The 8-K is available. No reputable firm will issue a "buy" or even a "hold" after reading this document. The risk to the investor is too high.

Not only does MatriDigm have NO revenue (No Nevada contract?), here is another gem from the 8-K:

"MatriDigm has been unable or unwilling to provide public information on a regular basis about the status of its development effort"

Unwilling to provide information to a 31% share holder?
