Gore has known about Seminole for some time. I believe that's why Lieberman was so upset when the Legislature started preparing for action...they (Gore) wanted a win in Seminole at the last minute so the votes for Gore would have to be certified. I think the Legislature knew this as well...and wanted to be ready to jump in.
