If he does, he's delusional. There is no way the FLSC is going to throw out 15K votes in order to help Gore get elected. His lawyers made them look like fools once, and I doubt they will let it happen again. The supreme court has already put them on the defensive. How on earth could they square changing the law by allowing Gore more time because they care so much for the voter. Then throw out 15K votes? He's delusional. And besides, the Florida legislature wouldn't allow the FLSC to get away with such a grossly partisan decision. The only one who doesn't realize it is weird Al.
