Nasdaq to delist Delgratia from smallcap

WASHINGTON, May 29 (Reuter) - The Nasdaq Stock market said Thursday it will delist Delgratia Mining Corp (DELGF) from its Small Cap Market at the close of business.

``The Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel, after reviewing all available information, determined that the integrity of the company's business and financial statements has been brought into serious question,'' Nasdaq said in a statement.

Trading in Delgratia, a British Columbia, Vancouver mining concern was originally suspended on May 19 after reports from independent consultants showed there was evidence of tampering with core samples from the company's Nevada property and that there were insignificant amounts of gold in that deposit.

The last trade prior to the May 19 halt was executed at $12 per share, Nasdaq said.
