btw, an overlooked election factoid: if the Seminole county absentee ballots get thrown out on a technicality, Bore wins... the Dow and the NYA both should be worrying bears imo...the Dow could exceed 11k in this move and that may still be part of an elaborate topping pattern, but the likelihood of this being the case naturally diminishes the longer it doesn't turn down. currently kissing broken diamond trend line from below, so an immediate refutation would be best. that would also produce the umpteenth lower high, which is per se unbullish. SnP on a linear chart made it back slightly above the recently broken '94-'98 trend line (the lower one).
